It was premature and anticipatory enterprise when Music program SKC (editors Miša Savic and Milimir Draškovic) in 1981. organized the first exhibition of sound entitled "... from Sound to ...". Nothing like that as the information didn't come so far and this was for the first time that sound was medium for realization seen from the wievpoint of musicians as well as visual artists. Later on, in the comming era of digitalisation, sound become "easy to use" material for the any kind of artistic manipualtion thanks the computer use. According to this, many exhibitions, actions, installations, performances and festivals with different sound poetics where organized during the last twenty years. Artists that partisipated the sound exhibition "... from Sound to ..."in Student's cultural centre were Dragoljub Raša Todosijevic, Neša Paripovic, Zoran Popovic, Era Milivojevic, Paja Stankovic, Lazarov Miodrag Pashu, Vladimir Tošic and Milimir Draškovic.

International selection of artist is invited to elaborate the sound theme. Each of artist will present their work in the form of live peroformance, lecturing/workshop and with one hour experimental radio show (streaming). The festival will be four days long during which two artists will be presented every day. In the end, the documentary material will be published as a catalogue and DVD.
